Anger Cooling Spell

What You'll Need:

  • Mint leaves, whole or crushed
  • Honey
  • Tea making supplies (water, teapot)

Instructions:
Place 2 or 3 tablespoons of mint leaves into a cup of boiling water. Let your tea steep for 6 minutes. While it's steeping, sit by the cup and breathe in the aroma and steam. Focus on your mood and think peaceful thoughts. Strain out the mint leaves, and add a tablespoon (or more) of honey. Drink the tea, and repeat the words below. Feel your anger cooling down with the refreshing taste of the mint.


Cool my mind, leaves of mint.
Honey, sweeten my intent.
My attitude, you have to change.
Toss heat of anger out of range.

You can do this spell anytime you feel that your temper is getting the best of you.
