Fruit Salad

Too hot to cook or bake. This healthy and simple fruit salad is a must for Litha.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 red apple, cored and chopped
  • 8 oz nonfat lemon yogurt
  • 1 nectarine, pitted and sliced
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Preparation

Combine all the fruit and nuts together in a large bowl. Mix in yogurt. Chill and serve.
